I am looking for an ASkyblock API plugin.

The plugin will need to stop people from Worldediting when not inside of their island and must be on their island or a island they're added to..

I am looking for a developer with a reputation and that is very cheap.
Maximum I will pay is 10$(Can be considered) Since the the plugin is rather small.
