Players can't take or put items in a chest sometimes, it is very temperamental. Sometimes they can, sometimes they can't. No issues displaying in console. Server version Spigot 1.12.2. If you need any info let me know

I would assume this has to do with a seperate plugin from askyblock. Do you have any other plugins that may interact with chests?

I feel like it may be an issue with chestcommands/deluxemenus.
Make sure to double-check them

Also is there any error message being displayed when trying to open the chest?

There are no errors displayed when trying to take/put items in chest
