I'm looking for someone who could make me a custom plugin // addon for ASkyBlock that allows users to upgrade their island hopper transfer speed (Tick delay) and transfer quantity (transfer amount?).

1: A plugin where players can combine Experience Bottles with a simple command (ie /combinexp)
2: Another ASkyBlock plugin that allows players to not need water for crops (Farmland doesnt dry out).
