I'm not going to consider any offer under $2,000 and probably won't even sell as low as 2000 when I get an offer.

This is worth close to or over BIN if you ask me the monthly income from this is outstanding and requires little work. With the right person it could double it's current income. Best of luck selling man I hope you dont though.
