Assistance - Good, Usable, and Value Spigots? [Ex: StellarSpigot]

Hey MC-M, I'm looking to purchase a spigot for my new and upcoming server that I am working on. I don't have a desired budget but I'm looking for options to purchase a good, worth my money, and very usable spigot that can last 1-2 years.

Of course the counter is to get one custom developed. But I want to see the community built option and to see what there is out there.

What will this spigot be used for?

Any game mode in reality, but more specific towards a Skyblock and Prisons.

Depends on what Version aswell. Here are the spigots ive used/heard of

1.8 Spigots:
StellarSpigot ($75 I think) - Was useful in its time, Used as a cannon spigot but has been outperformed by its predecessor (ElapsedSpigot). Does not handle the larger cannons nowadays very well.
ElapsedSpigot ($150 I think) - Was useful in its time, Used as a cannon spigot but has been outperformed by its predecessor (GemSpigot). Does not handle the larger cannons nowadays very well.
WineSpigot ($150) - Used as a cannon spigot with performance enhancements. Best price for the performance and features. Have not really tested it much but It has a lot of good reviews for both performance and cannoning
GemSpigot ($500) - Top Tier Performance with Flawless cannons. I use this spigot for my Skyblock server that Im opening as it handles everything pretty smoothly.

1.17 Spigots:
SolarSpigot (Undecided Price and release date) - Performance enhancements for 1.17. From what I heard, It improves 1.17's performance tremendously and I intend to use it in the future.
