Assistance on factory reset

Hey!
My friend asked me if I could do factory reset to her phone. Her phone is samsung galaxy j1 mini (I had that phone before and I agreed factory resets are easy ). I did a factory reset, then reboot and yea it was time for setup and stuff. Problem was she didn't remember her password or email. I used forgot email and got the email adress. And forgot password and we reseted the password. We couldn't log in no matter what error said: "unable to sign in wait 24 hours" so it was frp (factory reset protection). She was fine with waiting so we waited. 24 and more has passed but we are still unable to log in. Any suggestions?

No i cant make it from where im stuck at. I tried making new one from another device but nah

Have you tried doing another factory reset on top of the one you had originally done?

EDIT: I'm not much of a phone nerd, I'm more of a PC geek.

Not me. But she did and it said the same. Thanks for your help tho pc geek[DOUBLEPOST=1572800451][/DOUBLEPOST]Update: I figured that I was using wrong email, i found the correct one, after that my friendo needed phone number, she put hers in there and that error message (wait for 24h) popped up again. We will wait for 24h if that still won't work I have no clue what to do then.
