People snipe and handsnipe names.

What's the difference between the two, and what do they even mean? I'm actually so confused, and nobody has explained it to me.

Name blocking, too. WHAT THE HELL ARE THEY!!

handsnipe is manual, you change name from the user settings thing
Snipers are automated and are much faster.
