So I am looking for a new drawing tablet, a stand alone tablet, it can be either like a classified "drawing tablet" "laptop" like the surface pro, or just an actual tablet like the Samsung Galaxy Tab A with S pen.

I need a stand alone because I will be using it to take notes during school, and also draw during freetime, it is going to be a starting tablet for me, and I just want some opinions on what I should get. I prefer stuff from the following sites.
1st preference:

Well the surface pro 5 isn’t sold so much but the 6 starts at 600-700 or so

Honestly the only food device you’re gonna get in that price range is an iPad and an Apple Pencil. No full computer with a pen for that price is gonna be much good.

I don’t think that model is compatible with the Apple Pencil
