Requirements:
14+ - 14 and above, no less.
Active - 3 to 5 hours a day, or a lot of teamwork
Experienced - 1+ years on whatever you do, e.g: motion design.
Serious/Relaxed - We want people who know what they're doing, but are still relaxed so they don't panic whenever they're helping a customer.
EU - Since most of our team are already EU we don't/can't recruit USA.
