Hello MC-Market, my name is Xiri and I am the owner of an up-and-coming Prisons server called Astro Prisons.
What we are looking for?
We are looking for talented and dedicated individuals to form our development team. We are on the hunt for 1-2 developers that meet the necessary requirements (listed below) and have a similar long-term vision to ours. You will be expected to spend 20-25+ hours a week working on Astro and will be fairly compensated. We strive to be as flexible, transparent and forthcoming as we can so we hope you offer us the same courtesy in return.
Requirements!
﹥ 4+ years of experience with Java and 3+ years with Bukkit/Spigot
﹥ Ability to fluently write and talk English
﹥ Ability to dedicate over 20-25+ hours a week to the server
﹥ Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
﹥ Ability to provide a good amount of past work (Screenshots, GIFs, Public or private Github repos.. )
﹥ Ability to sign an NDA (over the age of 18 or consent from a parental guardian)
﹥ Ability to write clean code (Easy to read and optimized code, no unnecessary method, and events, etc)
﹥ Ability to communicate well (Microphone is required/able to fill in a development log every couple of days)
﹥ Ability to work together with a team (Working closely with Management and fellow Developers on the project)
ⓘ | If you are accepted for this job you will be expected to keep a level of prioritization for this as it is a permanent position and as time goes on you will have more and more work to do. If however, the workload will become too much, we'd be looking to grow our team. A freelancing job here and there is fine as long as it doesn't interfere with any tasks we have set you.
