To answer your question(s), While every team that you’ve interacted with may have said they were these things, tried to be these things... We work extremely hard to find the right people to join our team, I couldn’t “prove” this to you exactly but I can urge you to join our discord, run our command “-hr” and speak to one of our head managers who is usually in charge of vetting our applicants. Most teams say this, but never actually act on it. We have since the start, and will continue!

Hey! I didn't say others didn't have that command, I just said if you have further questions then we can talk one on one via a ticket I said in my last post: "Most teams say this, but never actually act on it.". We've also said in other threads that we're not "Better" than any other team, nor are we here to compete. We're simply trying to provide service. I'd like to quote my statement from before as well

In conclusion to your concerns, Many teams work hard! We know this, but many do not... and it's sad but true, teams who wish to provide services should work extremely hard to make sure they're providing the correct quality.
