I need a plugin for my server to be made! I am willing to pay for this plugin, but I wish to test it before I make the purchase.

What I need is a:

Practice PvP Plugin

Unranked Matches
Ranked Matches
Custom Scoreboard
Custom Hot Bar - (Will have Items that will open a gui and can select an item that will put them into either a ranked match or an unranked match, items to disband/leave the party(only when In a party), an Item to create a party, item that open a gui that will let the player be able to select a kit that he/she can edit.)

(Admin Commands)

/practice setspawn - Sets the Global spawn, at which the player will return to after the pvp battle
/Kit create (name)
/Kit remove (name)
/Kit setinv (name) - set kits
/Kit loadinv (name) - load the kits
/Kit editinv (name) - edit the kits
/Kit list - list the kit
/Arena list -Lists all the arenas created
/Arena Create
/Arena Remove
/Arena Setspawn1 - Set the Spawn Point of one player
/Arena Setspawn2 - Set the Spawn Point of the other player

(Player Commands)
/duel (name)
/duel accept- Also accesible to click in chat to accept
/elo
/spec (name) - Spectates a player
/stats - Will show current elo in all ranked matches
/party create - Creates a Party
/party invite (name) - Invites their friend to a party

That would not be possible in any way unless he has access to the server it is tested on. Most developers let you test the plugin on their servers, then you pay them, then they send you the plugin.

I don't see it saying anywhere that he wants it on his server, but okay.
