The AstroVPN Team is looking to expand, hoping to acquire a new HR/Human Resources Manager. This position is unlike any
other we're currently seeking. You'll be working closely with the team (managing a healthy workplace relationship/environment).

Position Requirements:

1. You must be 18 years old or older.
2. You must be able to sign our NDA.
3. Maintain confidentiality.
4. Internet speed >= 10mbps.
5. Functioning microphone.

Bonuses:

• Degree in Psychology/Workplace Psychology.
• Degree in Communications/Ethics.
• Former HR experience.
• Functioning camera.

Job Description/Tasks:

• Handle/investigate any HR related inquires.
• Resolve potential team disagreements and situations.
• Maintain team morale/health.
• Be available for team members for non-bias opinions and discussions.
• Consistent communication with team hierarchy.
