The files were recovered. That no longer is an issue whatsoever and the mines aren't premade, he said that ONE mine looks like another. I've already made a new one. Everything is just fine.

Alright after reading this I get a few weird impressions. I myself don't want to even think about buying or bidding till I get some info on:

What all went down with you and the other owner (I want both sides of the story)
Are the builds/mines really exclusive? (I've seen them on older servers)
What plugins/configurations will you sell after its sold?

Also the fact you told the old owner Aireesan you would sue just makes you look like a idiot.. Your selling something for $250 because its dying and you can't afford/want to put more money into it. I don't think you understand its not free to sue someone.. (I may of course be wrong.)

Files aren't leaked. I simply am an owner of the server that still has the files. If anything, this is leaking. I don't mind though- my server is different enough for me not to consider this as a threat to my playerbase.
The only reason this server got any donations is because RexlessTazz/PCPSells was a youtuber. I'm assuming this doesn't come in the package.
