Who We Are
Team Atactic is a group of highly skilled builders who have been making builds for over 3 years. We have been offering out talent as a service for about 5 months now and have enjoyed every bit of it. We try to provide the client with the best possible quality at a timely pace and for an inexpensive price.

Ranks
When you first join into the team you will be a “recruit.” You will only be a recruit for a max of two builds. If you show that you are good enough at building and show the skills you must have in order to provide the products that we promise you will be ranked up to a member. If you do not show the capabilities needed, you will be removed from the team. If you show that you can lead a group of builders and produce a product of our standards, then you can potentially be ranked up to a leader. A leader is not a build team manager, a leader is just a builder that leads the building process among the other members participating.​

What You Get
Once you have made your way into the team, you will make a specific amount relative to the position in which you hold. Your payment is also manipulated by the number of people working on a build. If you are constructing a commision personally you will be payed 75% of the commission price. (So for a personal 100 USD commission, you will make 75 dollars) The other 25% goes towards the build team. This could mean the server, art, etc. If you are assigned a group build. You will be splitting a specific percentage with the other members building.​

Requirements​

• You MUST have a working microphone.
  
  
• You MUST be of the age of 14 or older.
  
  
• You MUST have good communication skills and need to be able to speak english fluently or at least be easy to understand.
  
  
• You MUST have a decent to good understand of VoxelSniper and WorldEdit.
  
  
• You MUST have access to Teamspeak and Skype.
  
  
• You MUST have have some sort of portfolio with recent work as well as some sort of proof or evidence confirming the work is yours.
  
  
• You Must build or contribute at least 15 hours over the course of the week. (We are not too strict on this rule)
• Must live in North America
