Hello, I am the Owner of the AthenaMC network. We are a new and upcoming server that is still in development. Almost all of our gamemodes are custom coded by myself or my developers. I am now looking for a Staff team so I can train you now so you are prepared for release. We are currently looking for:
Helpers (4/9): The helper role is the first staff rank you can receive on AthenaMC. This is more of a trial rank as only some helpers will be moved up to Moderator, others will stay as helper or be removed from the staff team.
Moderators(0/5): The moderator role is the rank after helper. If you receive this rank than you have proven to be a mature, dedicated staff member and you're trusted more within our team.
Admins(0/3): The Admin position is one of the highest ranking positions on AthenaMC. Your job is to train new staff members, watch over all staff members and report abusive staff to Managers/Owners.
Developers(2/?): The Developer position is perhaps one of the most important roles on AthenaMC. This position is paid of course. This position is in charge of creating new plugins for the network and fixing up bugs in the old plugins. We also have a game designer who will draw up documents for the developers and explain to the best of their abilities what is needed to be made for the game modes.
Managers(0/2): The Manager role is also very crucial. There are only 2 manager positions open as one of them is for Community Management and one is for Server Management. As a community manager you will be more active on the server and discord gathering players bug reports, new ideas for games, ect. It is also your job to keep the forums clean and clear out all spam posts ect. As the server manager, it is your job to be more active on the server side of things, this means you will have access to console to be able to keep the servers up, tps high and keep the server as lag free as possible.
Here at AthenaMC we like our staff as mature as possible, so we only ask that you apply if you're over the age of 14, Developer and Manager positions are over the age of 16. Staff are counted as Helper-Admin. Developer and Manager play a more important role and require separate applications. You will be chosen for your rank based on maturity.
