Staff Information:
Helper - A Helper has muting permissions on the network. Their job is to ensure that chat is non-toxic by warning & muting those who do violate the chat regulations and assisting those who are in need of help.
Moderator / Senior Moderator - Despite subtle differences between permissions and seniority, both ranks have the same jobs and expectations. Moderators are required to record their bans and report them onto forums. They have access to banning, fly, and vanish abilities on the network. On top of that, both of these ranks have forum ranks and are responsible for dealing with support tickets, as well as hacker reports.
Admin - Administrator is given to staff members who have proven themselves as dependable and trustworthy people throughout the time they’ve been apart of the network. Admins are whom lower staff look up to and assistants to higher staff. Admins must report to Management before promoting, demoting, or striking a staff member. Administrators still have to record proof if they ban somebody for hacking, but do not have to upload the proof. ( Just have it somewhere incase of an appeal )
Manager - Manager serves as Operations, they have the ability to promote and demote subordinate staff. They respond to staff applications and conduct interviews alongside the Administrators. Managers can give and remove strikes and are whom you should contact if you will be inactive for a certain period of time. They are also who you report your staff related problems/issues to.
