I don't think he is legit because he wants the money as friend or family.



If you didn't know you're not able to get the money refunded by Paypal if you send the money to friends or family, as someone has tried to use that method to scam me before. However, if he is legit then maybe he could do some copy to people who are trusted in the community to show he legit and a reason why he wants the money through friends or family.

If you did need help and he doesn't want to proof he legit or anything, then I'm willing to help you out.

Ok! There is a test IP of the network and a test IP of the factions setup. The network has all the setups. They are in beta I just started but the hub and everything else is custom made.[DOUBLEPOST=1488372532][/DOUBLEPOST]

The factions setup is being remade as people were getting reports of bad setups, no custom plugins, and the spawn getting blown up. It releases either tonight or tomorrow.

Dude, I just prefer this. You can do whatever you want. I just prefer as Someone sent me the wrong amount of money and they didn't refund it back so I had to make them one because they were gonna make a scam report. Do not take this seriously.
