Today I'm selling the factions network AtlantisMC. I am selling on behalf of the owner, due too IRL commitments. AtlantisMC use to be ran my be. I then was too busy IRL and sold to my buddy. Since he has purchased AtlantisMC, he has ran 3 successful factions maps. Currently, we have released a factions map on the day im posting this (July 4th) and peaked at 80 real players on start of the world (no alts). AtlantisMC already has a nice playerbase, and is currently searching for that next step to becoming the next big thing.
In all, AtlantisMC has ran 5 skyblock maps and 3 factions maps, with a total of 2.6k generated.

When you say you'll gain access to the premium plugins are you giving up your license for them in exchange? You can't sell premium plugins unless you're having the licences transferred and it's not in violation of the developers terms of service. I would like a little more clarity on that matter.

Do you have a screenshot or acknowledgement that the owner knows you're selling this server and/or gave you permission to sell it on his behalf? I think it's super important to provide some form of evidence when trading such assets, equally when purchasing a server I would rather communicate with the current owner of the network.

Finally, can you provide an SB, BI & BIN on the thread? It would be useful to know the guideline prices.
