Introduction
My name is Cristaf and I am the founder of AtlasRealms Survival. AtlasRealms is inspired by many current and past survival servers. Both servers that I've worked for/owned and server I have just been a member on. This will be my 8th Survival server. My past survival servers made over $4,000 in profits in a span of 4-5 months total. I have already spent over triple the amount of money from those servers and there is still marketing to be done. I am amazing at marketing and configuring plugins. I am also good at staff and community management.
AtlasRealms will consist of 4 realms. Each realm identical to each other besides the world seed and the players you play with. Each realm will be capped at 35 players to ensure each community is close and tight nit. Each realm will also have a Twitch streamer actively playing to always be growing the community and engaging with the community. Plugins will consist of quests, MCMMO, jobs, chestshops, playerwarps, crates, and lots of security/lag prevention plugin to ensure everything is smooth always.

Available in the afternoon (NA Time zone)
As a manager you will be in-charge of the front end of the server. This means the staff, community, events, feedback, and ascetics. You will not be required to put in any many towards the development of the server.
Some common tasks you will be doing:
Creating application forums, Staff handbooks, organizing events, hire/fire/promote/demote staff, manage and report community suggestion and feedback, be active on the server, manage staff questions suggestions and feedback.
