Moderator has more responsablities, permissions, stuff to do, categories to work at, and as well more trust.

Which gamemodes does the server offer? I think they are quite a lot of ranks and you could remove a few however your forums etc look very good. Could I apply for a specific position on only for trainee/helper?

You can apply for any position out of those. As well, it currently will only have factions but a lot of members to play it.
