Attempted Chargeback.

I have a question, would I be able to get a person banned on MCM for the following reason. If someone attempted to chargeback but his paypal chargeback failed & didn't win the case. Can I get someone banned on MCM for attempting that?

If it's under terms of service. If you stated that chargeback is not allowed after the deal, then yes.

He tried to scam you but he failed,if he didn't fail he was going to scamm you so you can report him with proof and he will get banned.

Not true. If I didn't put you are not allowed to chargeback in my TOS but someone charged back, despite the fact the product was not faulty, that is called fraud and so they attempted to scam him. You don't need to put in your TOS you aren't allowed to commit fraud.

The reverse is also true, MCM will not enforce your ToS. If someone does something that's against your TOS but not against the MCM rules, you can't do more than add a neg rep.
