I hope this has not already been stated but this is my personal opinion and i'm welcoming constructive criticism. (Sorry for my bad grammar i'm doing this early morning)

italics mean you won't need to implement it or can be changed

What do i mean "Auction For Elite"
This is basically when there is a separate site linked to MC-Market or an add on which will only allow you to access the site if your one of the "Elite users." It's different to the ordinary auctions and auctions can last for an maximum of 3 days. The user will have to add the BIN, Increment And starting bid. Just that it would be easier to access and easier to quick sell for people who need the cash faster. If MC-Market needs funds for this they can also add a percentage on the sale which means once the sale is done they get a certain amount (Like ebay)

What are "Elite users" / Gain acess to the site
To make this more secure and scam-free the "Elite users" need to be very known and trustworthy through the MCMarket and not your random John and Bill, They'll have to be selected by Owners, Admins and Moderators (Who can also participate in this if they want). These users would need an minimum of 10 successful transactions through mc-market and have no pending scam reports on them otherwise they won't be allowed into this auction (CAN BE MODIFIED TO WHAT SUITS YOU)

Whats the whole point of this?
As i said above this would reduce the amount of scammers on MC-Market and people who need the extra or quick cash can easily put there accounts on here and depending on the amount of people on this "Auction" They can get quick money almost instantly because hopefully alot of known people will be on here

How would it benefit MC-Market
As I said If MC-Market WANTS to they can add a Buyer fee onto this meaning every successful transaction they can get a % of money. This would mean they could be able to pay for the service or actually try and buy the service.

Why would people want this?
I guess it's pretty obvious, Less Scammers, more transactions no hassle.

P.S: If people are caught scamming on here they should be instant banned on MC-Market and all of the perms to the "Elite" site taken away from them.

This is not going to happen for the following reasons:
1. This is going to be an absolute pain to realize
2. It would require Mc-Market to connect to a third-party site
3. 10 successful transactions would not mean shit, there's been plenty of scammers that successfully completed dozens of transactions and then scammed for a far larger amount. Considering the range of values of the different businesses, you cannot set a minimum amount of money required. It doesn't matter if it's 10 or 100, scammers will find a way. You have no idea how patient some of them can be.
4. It does not stop people from TID'ing an account back. If someone sells an account on there that has had 1 other owner outside that secondary site, it's not secure regardless of whether all users there can be trusted.
5. The current system already makes things as safe as they can be without choking the trade. This site you're talking about would only allow people that 'can be trusted' (however that is determined) buy and sell, correct?
That would be a tiny handful of people, and there would be virtually no trade going on there after perhaps an initial burst lasting a few weeks to a few months.

1. It may be hard to realize but one u get the hang of it, It'll be a good tool to use
2. Yes
3. I said in the thread this can be edited to your (Owners) liking
4. If the account Get's TID'd then the people who sold it are responsible
5. I agree but alot of people want it "Quick sold" and they want it sold scam-free and clean.
The system will only be used for "secured" accounts plus It's a revenue for MC-Market making it worthwhile

1. It's not worth the money and time
2. Connecting Mc-market to a third party site is a security risk if nothing else, and again a crapload of work
3. you obviously missed the part where I said it didn't matter if the requirement was 10 or 100. Whatever requirements you set, experiences scammers will meet them then scam. A system like this would achieve nothing more than a false sense of security.
4. And, just like now, the people whose accounts got TID'd back still lost their account and their money. This system does not change that.
5. Is it worthwhile to have maybe a hundred per month AT MOST for a system that will likely cost many hundreds to construct and quite a lot of effort to maintain?

I think not. This system does little different than what our current system does, except that it makes the target group, and therefore the market it affects, even smaller. Right now we're already excluding standard minecraft accounts and any non-FA account.
You say it would be only for 'secure' accounts, but accounts that can be judged as "secure" can be sold on here as well, with little to nothing different except here there's more customers.

The entire infrastructure of your plan is based on the concept of trust. There are various trust indicators already in place, may it manual vouches, the reputation system, or just taking into account a user's account age and overall activity. And even then, users who are very reputable can scam at any time (known as exit scamming).

If you can make me see it in another way, I may be convinced. However, as of now, I do not think this system will benefit the forum.
