Auction House Setup

Hello, I am looking for someone that can set up an Auction House for me, that is only usable inside a specific building.

More specifically:

1 Hour Auction Max
2 Auction max per player at once
Auction menu triggered by right clicking signed placed around our building.
Preferably using the AuctionMaster plugin, but you may use any you are comfortable with setting up, just take performance into account.

I would need you to demonstrate the setup on a test server before applying it on our main server. I can provide test server if you don't have your own.
