Hello, I am looking for someone to make me an updated version of Auction Master with a few changes.

• Instead of the base global auction house, I am looking for players to be able to create their own 50x50 auction houses.
• There needs to be an option for taxes to go to the creator of that Auction House
• Not allow multiple auction houses within a specified radius
• Admin commands to delete auction houses or access the listing in an auction house
• Items of a deleted auction house need to go back to the person that listed them
