AurumHcf Co-owner and staff needed

Hi my name is zallcar i am the new owner of aurumhcf.
I am looking for a dedicated staff team and co - owner who is willing to put time and effort into this server.
The Co-owner will need some money between $10-500 to pay for things like youtubers and maybe development.
I have a fully running test server if you would like me to prove to you ownership plugins etc.

Staff Requirements.
-Must Be 15 years or older Or mature
-Must be active (5+ hours a day)
-Must have a mic
-Must be able to record
-Must have some staffing experience

smh lol why would someone randomly put in 150$ in to a server they know nothing about. hate to break it to ya, but your server is probably going to die out like every other hcf server that comes out.
