Hey guys. So today I'm selling AusRealms. A server with a long history and one I have been the owner of for a few years. I'm moving into a time of my life where I don't have the time to run the server or the motivation to do so, so here I am.

This server used to be a lot larger than it is right now with peaks of around 35. However, I neglected it for awhile and it sunk. Right now it is on its way back up again.

At the moment we are ranked 10th in Australia

I agree, Australia doesn't have a very big player market but If the server makes 300 in just a month wouldn't you argue it would be worth more than that?

First of all, you barley have any reputation. Second of all, >$300 for a small, Australian, towny server is way too much.

Rep doesn't matter in this case it's a product he is selling, anyways $300 is a steep price for this you will find it hard to find a buyer. Survival servers do not sell well on MCM either.
