Intro

Hello, I am a 16 year old Australian willing to manage a staff team. I am a user with experience. I have a lot of experience in doing what I do and I hope I can comfort your preferences. I prefer to manage a staff team that uses Discord as TeamSpeak decides not to work for my computer sadly.

My schedule

I live in Gold Coast, Australia therefore I follow the AEST Timezone. (GMT+7)
I am also a student who goes to school every weekday.

Monday: 3:10PM - 10PM
Tuesday: 3:10PM - 10PM
Wednesday: 3:10PM - 10PM
Thursday: 3:10PM - 10PM
Friday: 3:10PM - 10PM
Saturday: 11:00AM - 9-10PM
Sunday: 11:00AM - 9-10PM

Experience

GotPvP Network:
I was a well-known moderator on the GotPvP network for a year and a half. The GotPvP network is what built me up as a person and as a staff member. The network peaked 1.5k average in the early days, but fell downhill when the blacklist massacre occurred. Whilst on GotPvP, I was a factions moderator and tried my best to help each member of the community out to my capability. I was best known on GotPvP as a staff member that cared a lot for the community. I was loved for my passion in my staff position I had and I was well loved for my establishment of relationships I had built up over the years.

Blu Prison:
I was a moderator on Blu Prison for a year whilst moderator on GotPvP. Whilst on the staff team on Blu Prison, I had taken in everything the owner had told me and used it to my advantage. The owner of Blu Prison is who lead me to my staff success. He had taught me how to be firm, strong and has taught me the roots of being a knowledgeable staff member.

Prime Network:
I am currently a Staff manager on Prime, a smaller server that peaks around 10-20 average, but is slowly growing and building up a community. I have dealt with applications appropriately, spoken to staff members, taken actions appropriate for various scenarios, helped with server management, given strong advice to staff members and mentored staff members.

Conclusion:
Although I have only been Staff Manager for about 1 month, I have learnt a lot already. I have potential to make your server successful and for your staff team to thrive with success. My experience in all various positions is what will benefit the staff team as I have been in many spots your staff may be in as of now.

Pay:
Although in the past, I have not done much with pay, I am more aware of how much time it'll take out of my day to donate to your servers. I am willing to agree to any offers on Discord @Aussie#3031
