Must have great support and possibly a phone number to call
and willing to install stuff like Redis and Mongo

Why are you asking for hosts and stuff if you can directly buy it from their website?

AU servers are rare for cheap prices. OVH is one of the cheaper, I would reccomend them.

We are coming out with AU hosting $4-5/GB late Jan/Early Feb. will include NVME SSDs (6x faster than SSDs), INTEL XEON E5-1650V4 @ 3.6 GHZ, DDR4 RAM.
