Implement this but with one exception. Scam reports need to be sifted through to see if they are leaking info or can be solved in pms. That's where the human interaction is needed. There should be a button that staff can click on that would automatically reply to it saying "@Scammer, what do you have to say about this scam report about you?" and comment on their profile asking to reply to the report. When the scam report has been marked as completed the profile post would be deleted. This would save time from the staff needing to write "what do you have to blah blah blah" and then go to the person's profile, copy and paste the link, ask them to reply, and then post.

I've got a macro for the messages. Genuinely, most of the time spent is spent investigating the initial report and the member it's on before approving it for public eye. The actual process of sending that message takes so little time that implementing a button would truly not be worth it.

However, a button for sending an email would be fantastic.

Debatable, Why bother editing your macro to include the names etc? Its really not a large addon for something that yeah sure, Might not save much time per scam report, But overall would be a time saver.

You do realise, right, that discussions and other things go into scam reports before they're released to the public?

Most if not all of mine have had the same reply, And I do see a lot with this reply, Hence my reasoning for suggesting it in the original post.

Justis has stated he has a macro. This means a button would shaving off an extremely low percentage of the time, given how long reading scam reports takes. A button really wouldn't be that much, if any, faster than a macro.

Yeah, a simple macro works well and it's not worth custom development to essentially just copy and paste a message across. If it required 10 clicks per scam report and took a minute per I could see a reason to work on automating that process so that things can be done quicker, but for the most part the time spent handling scam reports can't be cut down and made any more efficient than it is.

Denied, thanks for the suggestion.
