Auto Updater (Kinda)

Unfortunately as far as my java knowledge goes, I don't know how to do this. What I want is something in my Qlutch plugin to check if the plugin is at the latest version, If it isn't it must disable the plugin and send a message to console saying "You are running version {plugin version} the latest version is {latest plugin version} please update it now for the plugin to work!"

I want you to code this as 1 plugin and when you're done I am willing to pay $20 for the source code which then I will add to Qlutch in the next update and give you credit.
