-What program shall I code it in? (ANY)
-What features shall I include?
-Shall I try program anything else which may help me get better at coding?

You should first off start with learning the language you wanna create the program with and then continue adding features. I would recommend using C# or Java for an autoclicker as they're relatively similar.

Basically get access to a previously coded autoclicker, switch the layout and mix up the colors, add your own custom logo, and poof!
