Automatic weather plugin

Hi!

I'm looking for a developer for a plugin that makes the weather on the Minecraft world automatic: the plugin must bring down rain, snow, storms... depending on the season, for variable durations that can be modified later. It should also create a description of the weather that players can see with a command.

Along side this, I would like the plugin to inform a particular player (randomly) that he is sick! The list of diseases must be pre-established and editable, the same for the list of symptoms and the duration of care.

Hello! Devnics can do this, we'd need more information though, such as the server version.
