Autorole on join Discord Bot

Not paid as this should be insanely simple.

I do not care what language its coded in so long as its in 1 of the 3 listed:
- python
- Java
- NodeJS

Basically I need the bot to be able to have a configuration section where the token and custom prefix symbol will be.

I will also need the following commands:

• <prefix>autorole @mention_as @many_roles @as_you @want
  
• <prefix>autorole <id of> <as many> <roles as> <you want>

I will leave a vouch, reputation, etc.
