We are Auxilium, a management duo. We were founded by David and Brennan, and we are setting the new precedent for the quality of management at an affordable price. With the market of teams so saturated, we wanted to step away from "being able to do everything" and just focus on a handful of things--all related to Minecraft management. We want to be able to direct our clients to a variety of teams, groups and individuals that we deem fit for their task. Because we deal with typical management, they may come to us in need of a reputable graphic designer. We're looking for partners that want more exposure and help finding clients. By hiring Auxilium, you automatically agree to our Terms of Service and the following conditions:
1. Full-refunds are permitted within 24 hours of hiring us. Within 7 days, we allow a 70% refund, no more and no less. After 1 week (7 days), refunds are not permitted at all. There are no exceptions to this.
2. Once a price is agreed upon, we expect 100% up-front. This will cover our work for the entire month. After the month is over, you can choose to either renew your deal with us, or you can choose to let us go. If you renew us, the cycle repeats, and we require the payment up-front which covers that entire month of work.
3. Abhorrent or unprofessional behavior, attitude, tone, or actions displayed by any affiliates of Auxilium does not directly line with the views and actions of Auxilium itself.
4. Upon request, you can choose a single executive to work on your project, if you do not wish to have two parties involved (as is by default).
5. Our only accepted method of payment is via PayPal F&F (Friends & Family). This is to ensure that you are not able to chargeback.
6. Upon an inquiry to hire our team, we may ask to view the project itself. If we see anything we are not interested in, ready for, or otherwise "bad" environment, we reserve every right to politely decline your request.
7. Auxilium holds itself to a high and professional standard. We expect the same out of our clients, as we also expect them to provide us a suitable work environment that is naturally "non-toxic" or able to work with people that understand their job and do it well.
8. Within the first month of hiring us, we reserve every right to refuse the renewal of the coming month. If we are 2 weeks into working, and there are glaring issues (ie upper-staff, playerbase itself, performance, interest level) that we cannot solve and make our environment unfit for our talent, we reserve every right to ask that you not renew us for the following month. Auxilium will work out the duration of the month that you paid for.
