Builds - Yes, but dunno how much they've been abused over the years.

2. no i have not had previous experience as a owner but i do have experience as a helper
3. i am not a developer but i am pretty good at fiquring stuff out if i need to but me and my friends have built a couple awesome structures such as a giant tardis and a pirate ship
4. sadly i could not put much in but i would also not be expecting much out either i would more want to be a partial owner for the leadership opportunity and to be able to help i would be able to put a little in i make from selling the pokemon go accounts i sell so far this month i have sold $100 worth
