I did go to the schematic store and see that build, so either the person selling on the schematic store took the build from your friend who built it, or your friend is the guy from the schematic store. Or your friend purchased it from the schematic store and sold it to you.

Also, how long does someone have to be top bidder for you to say "seems like that is as high as it will go".

Another question, is the server being reset? people ranks gone, items gone, plot reset, etc...?

If your not taking anything under 500$ then why did you not make that the starting bid? I'm not sure if you know how this works, but the starting bid is suppose to be the minimum amount of money you are willing to take for the server, haha. Or else your wasting bidders time. Also without a player base its unlikely you will get anything over 300$, I hope you prove me wrong though ;-)

We HAD a playerbase, it just was gone because we were in maintenance mode for a while.

Well you obviously don't have it now, you cannot price a server at what is was worth a while back haha, people are buying it NOW when there is a lack of a playerbase at all, not way back when their was a playerbase. Just take that into consideration.[DOUBLEPOST=1487261920][/DOUBLEPOST]

THIS IS FROM A RELIABLE MCMARKET PLAYER WITH HIGH REPUTATION BUT I WANT TO KEEP THEM UNKNOWN FOR THEIR OWN SAKE

"I was a Helper at Avarius and I generally don't want you to waste 200+ USD So here is my input:

The Server has a player base of 1-4 players. At peak it was at around 20 Players for the day. The only way they got their player base was using Spam Bots and spamming on servers. Such as Mineplex , Hypixel etc..



The highest player base they got was around 24 Players on at once , and the next day we never saw them again.

The owner is usually desperate for money giving discounts to players randomly. The server player base is usually at 0 players unless he spam bots. He also never admits it saying that he didnt know.

Overall the server is not worth the 500+ He is saying and I would re-tract your Bid while you can. I just want to help the MCM Community.

Also the pickaxes / economy on the server is broken. As there are many exploits and glitches. Now that everybody is over the Rank Z and are Prestige no-one players anymore.

Again I suggest you take out your bid I'm doing this for the general interest of buying this server."

We advertised in our earlier stages a little bit without bots, just to get a few players. I'll admit that. We didn't have the greatest amount of money to put towards it so we did that and I apologize, later after we had a good PB and donations, we bought server slots and youtubers to record and play on our server. The hub I bought from a friend who must've stolen it, even though it is from schematic-whatever it is still a nice spawn. I'll decrease the BIN a bit for these reasons.
