Hello MCM! I'm Beaverer; I own the Minecraft server "Avarius"

• Avarius is a professionally made Prison server that I have been developing for about 3 months, we have an amazing forums website (www.avarius.org/community), many premium/custom plugins and unique features, a professionally made logo by TotallyAnimated, personal build team and some amazing admins and a couple mods.

• Avarius is in need of a good staff team, unlike other threads where people apply with a format; I would like to get to know you - your professionalism, strengths, personality, likes and dislikes, etc. I will be conducting interviews over Skype but my microphone is not working; you have the choice to text interview or have me type questions and you verbally say them to me in a call. What are you talking about? I've been working on Avarius for 6 months yes.
