Ok, let me explain. I would like a plugin for rent signs and buy signs. I simply want a plugin that any user can place down and add certain things to to make a sell sign for a world guard region. Then any user can come and when they right click the sign it will disapeer transfer the money to the user who made the sign and add the person as owner to the region. (I want it also to clear the member and owner list before adding the new owner) Same system for rent signs. After the time alotted on the sign is up then the person would be unadded as member from the worldguard region. Essentially a user makes a rent sign. User clicks it and the money is tranfered to the sign maker and the user will have the region for the time specified. If a rent sign is at some point broken by staff then the rent time should go as normal without the user being able to extend there time (by clicking the sign again) or re-rent the region after the time being up. I am allready aware of plugins such as area shop but they don't work with what I am trying to do. Add me on discord if you are able to do this. (I'd also like the ability to change on a sign who the landlord is (for rent regions) so that diffrent people can be defined as who is receiving the money if the user right clicks the sign again to extend time) discord = Nova#3012

Biiiigggg daddy vouch for Avast here, I've been a Developer for Avast since before Avast was Avast and I've never had any issues. Very compliant and willing to bend for the sake of their freelancers and the people who need service. Guarantee you can get what you need here.
Awful support + response time, I stopped receiving messages while talking to them. As well, most of the vouches are from developers that work here. I wouldn't suggest using this service.

Could you detail some of the projects you have done for other servers?
I would not suggest, when I first joined a ticket they seemed nice then I pinged one of the sales reps working with us and he said he was to busy and left the ticket then we got another one and he talked a bit at first then a week or two nothing from then on. Very poor communication skills for the team. -1

How much will I be paid?
Our price ranges can vary from 100-1000 dollars depending on what you make/do we can also pay you per project you make.

What are the requirements?
Being able to provide a portfolio or some plugins you have made and being able to proof that you have made it.
When accepted we will ask you to make a test plugin to see what you are capable of and don't worry if we use the plugin you will be paid for your work.
