Well considering this is a service team, that doesn't mean the person who set up the website will be the person who will make your website. The person who used the template was most likely the owner of this company, and not the freelancers that will be doing the commissions.

Devouch (a million times) - Not only did I receive the opposite of what I had paid for, but they made me wait 7 days for less than 45 minutes of work. The quality of the work is awful compared to what I had paid for and what they had promised they'd deliver. You would be 100 times better off dealing with an individual designer than with this service team.
