I'm the owner of AvastMC. We are currently looking for a Minecraft Java Developer, that can code us custom plugins if we need. We are a Hardcore factions, KitMap, Practice Server.
Java Developer (Full-Time & Part-Time)
We are currently hiring Java developers who are ready to learn and gain experience in the programming world.

Requirements:
1 Year of Java Experience
Eagerness to learn
In-depth understanding of Bukkit API
Ability to work in a team
Familiarity with Git
Have experience with the hardcore game mode such as HCF and Practice, Kitmap
Applicant can speak perfect English.
Applicant is able to communicate on TeamSpeak and has no microphone issues.
Applicant is able to pass the technical interview (performed on TeamSpeak).
Applicant is willing and able to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
Applicant is able to follow standard programming conventions.
Applicant is able to show past projects and work.

If you could make the monthly payment a little more that would be wonderful or make it per 2 weeks or some sort. Since its 3 servers. $20 CAD is very low for a monthly payment for the developer to code 3 servers for Avast MC.
