yeah we'll totally trust some rando who just joined and is accusing a 5-month member of being a scammer without proof. Sounds like an excellent idea.

If you were so sure he scammed you instead of vice versa, your first move upon joining the site should have been an appeal or scam report with the proof (even previously banned members may still make scam reports, their accounts will be restricted but not banned for the duration of the scam report).
