About the Network!

AventixMC is a new and upcoming Minecraft Network running versions 1.7.10 - 1.16
As we begin development we need Developers and Builders most of all! Everything will be organized and professional especially in this stage. I will list the requirements for everything below and I hope you take the time to read through them. If you don't meet the criteria listed, then you will most likely be denied instantly. ( Exceptions can be made based on experience )

Moving forward, AventixMC will be a Network of many different game modes, starting with HCF and Prisons. As we further develop the server and grow as a community we will branch off into other game modes such as PotPvP, Skyblock, Factions, etc...


Requirements:

Java Developer:

Java Development ( 2+ Years )
16 Years in Age or Older ( Exceptions can be made )
A WORKING MICROPHONE
Familiar with Command line, Trello, etc...
Must have Discord ( AND TELEGRAM )
Vouches are Helpful

Builder:

14 Years in Age or Older
Familiar with World Edit, Trello etc...
A working Microphone
Must have Discord ( AND TELEGRAM )
Vouches, and previous build pictures are helpful

Staff:

TBD ( DM ME AND WE'LL SPEAK ABOUT IT )

What on earth does "DNDW" mean?

Also, I think that age does matter. It matters a lot, especially when you're hiring someone for a position like Manager - you would want that person to be mature and well experienced and those things, in my experience, come with age and time.

Ayo advertisement manager doesn’t matter to me what age. I already have a 17 year old manager for my server who I know personally

He stole some of my former staff members to go run a shotty server and look where he is now, trying to grow another team just to mess up again.
