Avsterbone Charging me back (HELP)

So this little boy is charging back everyone in the community and he did it to me today. I have never fought or done a chargeback in the 5 years I have been on Paypal.

The problem I am having is responding, I upgraded my paypal to business a long time ago and I could never find out on how to change it back to a personal account, it also gives me these options to respond

- Issue a Buyer a full Refund
- I can provide Proof (Ship Tracking numbers, etc.)
- Provide Proof that the buyer has already been refunded.

It was a loan ($25.00 for $35.00 back and I did complete the loan)

What do I do Please help

Provide proof , Either works (Second is more pefered). Just get your paypal tracking id you paid him in. Make sure you make it detailed.

Last time I checked, loans isnt covered by the G&S agreement. So if you state that (alongside the proof that the loan was paid back), he should not be able to win.

It was in June and they did not enforce that until August

So wait, did you get a loan from him or did you loan him money?

Well then, explain that situation to paypal, that you loaned him money and he paid it back, and is now charging back the money he paid you back. Include proof of the agreement.

If this does not work, charge back on the original money you sent to him. You'll still make a loss, but at least it wont be as big of one.

If he gave you a loan, simply post proof of you sending the money back to him. If you lose, that's also the payment you want to charge back in return.

He is properly charging back, so he can raise enough money to take BeBosny to court, and sue him, like he’s been going on about.
