He wouldn't make it to court. There are thousands of other cases that prioritize over this.
I don't think avsterbone realizes that this case would cost him thousands and he'd be better off investing the money into something else or setting it aside for his education because he clearly needs some education when it comes to legal stuff.

His youtube failure is all his parents fault. Imagine avsterbone could of had 1.3 million subscribers by now and been raking in $900 a month!
