As much as it seems a case of "oh he's suing because he got banned from a BLOCK GAME forum!!!11!", it's not that. He has numerous different things he could sue for, and actually have a case. Only problem is: the costs associated with bringing this case to a courtroom is far more than the claim would be worth. To be honest, the ban is total bullcrap imo. In all honesty if this does become an official case, I see Ajdin reaching a settlement before going to court.

You can't sue someone for banning you off their own website bud. It doesn't work like that haha. This is just all a big joke made by the attention seeking Avsterbone. Nothing new and nothing to actually worry about.

Well, actually, you can. Avi may or may not have a case (I don't have a good enough understanding of law so I couldn't take a position, and really it's up to a judge) but if they don't reach a settlement (like an unban) then BeBosny WILL lose his ass in legal costs. If legal action were ever to be filed, it would likely be in the interest of BeBosny to just settle.

Well, actually, you can't. You see, it works like this. Let's say, I own a house. I have the right to kick anyone out of my house at any time if I would like as long as I own the property I am kicking them out of. It works the same way with websites. Most websites actually even come with IP blockers in their control panels in order to IP ban users you don't want on there. Hell, Google can ban me from their website and services if they really wanted to.

Technically, BeBosny doesn't even need that line in his TOS. But he has it anyways. And that's yet another layer of protection protecting him from things like this. One cannot simply sue another for kicking them off a website. It doesn't work like that. Avsterbone has no case and whatever attorney he is apparently speaking with is on some sort of drug.

Also, not to mention, Avsterbone is under the age of 18 and lives in the U.S. Most of this stuff actually falls back onto his parents or whoever has custody of him.

Furthermore, he CAN file a lawsuit, whether or not he has a valid case that he can win is up to the judge. The thing is: If the don't settle, BeBosny will lose a lot of money just in going to court, regardless of the outcome.

Sure, I guess you could say he has the right to sue if he really wanted to. But please tell me how he'll even start to cover the cost of his own legal fees. Much less sit in front of a judge and claim that he was wrongfully banned and kicked off a gaming/marketing forum with his "loss of income" claim.

My point is basically, this is absolutely ridiculous and if this isn't a joke, then I'm shocked. His logic is totally flawed and a judge would have this as the laughing highlight of his day if this came into a courtroom.
