From what I see, he definitely DOES have a case, no matter how stupid it looks or seems. I'm interested if this goes to court.

He has no case at all because Mc-Market retains the right to terminate any account for any reason, whether it's personal or not.
No lawyer in the right mind would ever take this case, and if he chose to represent himself the case would get tossed out before he even walked into the court room.
I would literally do anything to represent BeBosny just so I can file a countersuit for slandering.

As JJDAHM mentioned, we have several clauses in our ToS that prevent exactly what Avster is threatening to do. The only cases I know of someone wriggling around that were either terms that were not easily findable or multinational cases with a LOT of money involved. More than any average private individual can hope to muster.

This is a website with underage people and it's all revolved around a god damn game about blocks. If avsterbone goes to court with this he will be laughed at. Secondly, when he says "it has hurt me financially" everything does. You don't go sueing your last jobs boss because he fired you. Avsterbone just needs to grow the fuck up and get on with life.
