Aeria World
This probably the hardest thread I ever made. Today I'm decided to sell AW because I don't have enough time to manage the server anymore, a Little bit about Aeria World. Me and my friend starting the server development in September 2017 with the idea of creating a server that we actually enjoy and we pick up Skyblock as the game mode, then we decided to release it in May 2018, the server doing quite well in player base (10-20+ online and once peak at 50 players on), development, and donation. As the server quickly grow then we decided to turn the server into a network and start the development for towny. But now I don't have enough time anymore to manage the server and I'm hoping to sell the server to someone else who actually gonna put work into this and make this server actually work.
AW has many custom coded features (both skyblock and towny) like Duel, Mythical Stone, Town Finder, Warp, Election System, and more. The skyblock server is well balanced and has a player base while towny just released yesterday but needs some optimization and small bug fix.

Most of graphics work is done by me and for maps built by some well-known build team/builders like UniBuild, Azrealon, AtmlArts, Seboubaba, and Arsleyous. All build I include is exclusively made for Aeria World since I don't have re-sell rights for non-exclusives build (Can be totaled with over 600$). The website is using pre-made theme but has some add-ons that can be totaled at over 250$
Price
Minecraft server is never about money for me but I really wanted to find someone who actually can turn this server into something it actually deserves to be. All assets are total at over 1000$+ Including all graphics work, maps, files, and website. I personally think the BIN is fairly reasonable because we have put hundreds of hours of development and graphics work into this project.
Please note that this is not a dead server or generic server like in any other thread, We currently running at 3-10 people online every day and got really positive feedback since our release. This is also the reason why I don't put many details into this thread because I knew how disappointed they will be if they knew I sold the server but I got no other option.
