AwakenMC - Skyblock Administrator Position
Hi there! I'm Aqz, a manager at AwakenMC. We're seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team and help shape the future of our server. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing our Skyblock realms and working hand-in-hand alongside our development team to keep Skyblock engaging and balanced, enforcing punishment on players in direct violation of our rules, and identifying and addressing economy exploits.
We uphold a high standard of professionalism, maturity, and conduct across all areas of the network. As such, we expect every member of our team to meet and consistently maintain this same standard while contributing positively to the community and the ongoing growth of AwakenMC.
About the Role:
As our administrator, you'll play a crucial part in maintaining a fair, balanced, and engaging experience for our community. Your responsibilities will include:
- Player Monitoring - Oversee gameplay, identify exploits, and ensure rule compliance
- Staff Development - Create comprehensive guides and training materials for our moderation team
- Economy Management - Work directly with our development team to balance the in-game economy and prevent exploitation
- Content Planning - Collaborate on new features, updates, and seasonal content
- Community Engagement - Gather player feedback and help shape future updates
- Realm Expansion - Be instrumental in planning and launching additional realm releases
Requirements:
- 16+ years old
- Working microphone
- Professional
- Active / Good communication
- Experience with Skyblock economy (ability to identify and address exploits, bugs, and balance out gameplay)
- Want to commit long-term to a growing network
- Previous staff management experience (creating staff guides, rules, guidelines, and maintaining activity within the staff team)
