Introduction
Hello, my name is Axuk. I am here on MCM today offering my first set of public management service. I have managed for servers before but I have never publicly represented myself looking for management positions. In the following resumé, I will be telling you a bit about myself, what I can offer you as a customer, my capabilities and more!
A Bit About Myself
I am a 14-year-old male from the UK with confidence and communication skills to take part in any staff position and I am aware of the various responsibilities that come with being a successful manager. I am always active ranging from 6-12 hours per day. I am committed and focused to try my best in whatever I do. I am a well-driven male which makes me hard-working and ambitious. Once I set my mind to something I will not stop at anything which will allow me to motivate myself to achieve it and once I do, I excel in my work. I have personally developed good teamwork skills over the past 3 years I have been staffing for servers.
Why Should I Choose You Over Other Managers?
There are many reasons why you should choose me over other managers. The first reason is that I will always get the job done, no matter the time it takes, the effort it takes; nothing will get in my way from finishing the given task. Secondly, I am a very trustworthy and loyal person meaning that anything you tell me or you do isn't told to anyone else without your consent as I believe that trust and loyalty is the core to being a successful manager. Finally, I have amazing teamwork and communication skills meaning I am able to do over and above meaning, I am able to commit to more work than other managers can.
What Jobs Are You Able To Commit To?
I can do a range of jobs such as:
- Community Management.
- Staff Management.
- Document Writing.
- Forum Management (Writing Posts, Checking Staff Applications etc).
- Discord Management & Creation.
- Deal With Buycraft / Chargeback Disputes.

- Professional Configurations / Server Setups.
- Mild Advertisement.
- Contacting Artists, Developers etc.
- And the list goes on...!
What Am I Looking For?
I am looking for a professional Minecraft Server that is established, just begun development or in the final stages of development. The leadership team (Owners, Co-Owners, Managers) must be somewhat organized pre-arrival and have an advanced understanding of how to run a server as well as a good budget. I am not interested in sales representative positions or services etc neither am I interested in making a server with you although I will help you build a server from the group up.
Experiences
NOTE: I will not list all experiences as I don't have valid proof of some.
AdonisPvP (Never Released): At first, I owned the server with Congregated. I had to fulfill tasks such as finding staff members, purchasing builds, plugins, art etc. After having a falling out with one of the owners, I was demoted to Admin but I was still heavily trusted and I held most of the server budget in my PayPal and still fulfilled tasks I did as an owner. (2.5k in the Discord but the Discord was hacked and it dropped to 550). I picked up many skills from this such as how to well budget money, how to manage a server and control my own staff members well. Although I have no proof of my role there, I still talk to the owner every day and he will be able to vouch for me as well as the staff team when I was there.

InsightfulPvP (Never Released): I worked as an Admin for around a month around the clock, making sure all staff was in line and they were doing exactly what was asked of them. I left because the owner became extremely inactive and the other members of the leadership and staff team were starting to become very toxic and used to harass members of the discord being racist, homophobic and more. I picked up skills such as how to break up arguments, how to well communicate with players and the community as well as the staff team.

SayonPvP (Never Released): A server I have recently resigned on due to a toxic staff team. This server would just recruit people which didn't even apply etc. I am on neutral terms with the owner. However, I have picked up skills like how to respect toxic members of the community and how to get to know a smaller community well by participating in faction events like Raid and PvP Events on other servers and various other ways.

RageRaid (300 on release - 40PB): A server that I am currently working on although may resign soon. The server isn't very lively at the moment as the owner isn't really that active anymore. I am an admin on the server and I am currently the most active staff member with over 20h of playtime. I have learned to try and monitor the server with next to no permissions and deal with my own problems.

RoyalPvP: Currently working here as a general manager. I am managing everything in-game such as events, dealing with bug & player reports and much more! I am really looking forward to the release of the server and I hope it will be a good ride.

TrinixMC (130 on Release - 20 PB): A server I was a helper on a while back. Although, this shut down early into the first map due to one of the owners attempting to take all the money, but the other owner fought back and restricted access to the files on the server which then caused the server to shut down.
